Las Vegas Limo Show 2005
March 13th to March 14th 2005 at The Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada
 |
 |
As always, Limotrade.co.uk are at the forefront of what's new in the industry, therefore, we deemed it only appropriate to endure the 10 hour flight, the constant 86 degree temp and the seemingly endless array of lap dance clubs to painstakingly bring you an indepth report on what's new in the world of limousines. Some old and trusted coach builders have gone out of business and some new and innovative coach builders have appeared in their wake, Some have kept their designs from the 90s while others have launched themselves into 2005 only leaving others to follow..

In the middle of The Las Vegas Strip stands The Venetian Hotel, the venue for the 2005 LTC Limo Show. No expence was spared in building this hotel from the 4000+ luxury suite rooms to the exact reconstruction of St.Marks Square in Venice (including canals and gonelas)... 5 Star Luxury Disney World for Grown Ups!! |

The Show
Coastal Coachworks
Starting with a coach builder that you all know well, 'Coastal' (formaly Classic). From what is commonly reconised as the most saught after limousine in The UK, The Classic Wave. When opening the rear door of the 2005 model, you would expect to to be gobsmaked by what awaits you.. In reality, all that awaits you is what you've seen for the last 10 years with the addition of a flat screen TV and a few extra fibre optics. Of course, your customers won't fail to be impressed by the interior but when a limousine set the standard for the industry some 10 years ago, you kind of expect them to be setting the standard for the next 10 years. |

On the upside, they have released a buget model that has a single window from the outside but a centre post inside. The mirroed ceiling is a single strip down the centre of the car and it has coach lights on the outside. All together we think tha this car is excellent value for money at around $60000.
Other changes that have been made throughout Coastal's range is the bodies are now fully galvinised, eliminating those age old rust problems. |

Royale Coachworks
What can we say!!! As a self confessed fan of Royale, I'm always going to spend a little extra time looking over any new limo from them. The new interior and seats are fantastic and as with all Royales, it seens to have been built with the operator in mind as well as the hiring customer. It is easy to clean and has no delicate extras for your customers to break (bless them!!). If this was Cruffs rather than The Limo Show then Royale would be walking off with 'Best of Breed' |

The interior of the new Royale... To sum it up, Glitzy, practical and looks as if it was manufactured as a limousine rather than cut and stretched.. To own one of these fantastic limos, give us a call on 0845 222 5466 |

Cigi
A new name in coachbuilding but one that will soon become well known. In our opinion, the best all round Chrysler 300 at the show and it's on it's way to the UK this week. If your interested in buying a true Las Vegas Show Car then give us a call 0845 2225466 |

I've got one of those little Hummers stuck to my tyre!
The future or just plain stupid????
Anyone who has dropped at Waterloo Euro Tunnel in a 120 Town Car will answer that!!!
The first person to bring one of these Zebra GMCs to the UK will clear up... as long as they can get it round town. |
